Seriously, look at them! They are just so childhood memory.
I remember the days when i got birthday party invitations from classmates, i'd go in a frilly dress, have loads of fun and get a party pack as i leave...(weeee!) In the pack there's always these jellies. Always. I think its the first thing i eat, followed by KoKo Jelly... =)
Yellow sucks, Orange is slightly less sucky, Red is nice. The best is Green.
But Suria's fav. is the orange one. I wonder why that is...Is it a matter of the colour or the taste that makes people choose to like one more than the other. Like, if the green flavouring was as a Yellow jelly instead, would that be my favourite?
Hmmmm.....
I bet it signifies some deep psychological meaning that scientist are cracking their brains to discover because it holds the answer to world peace.
Imagine, two people like the same coloured jelly, and there is only one of that particular colour in the whole lot. You tell me they're not gonna fight for it meh?
Suria's gone to Terengganu for the weekend. Will be a quiet night i guess, but i've got my jellies to keep me happy.

I think it's all in the mind...they taste similar but the colors are making us think otherwise ...HOWEVER..."cheng cheng cheng?"...different brands taste differently as well. Some have a more distinct fruity taste than others...others just taste like...um...jellified color.
Ooh interesting thing to try with these things...stick them in the freezer...it then magically (throught the process of jelly alchemy or something)takes on a sorbet like texture...but be careful when chewing on them...for some reason unknown to mortals like me, the middle achieves the temperature of liquid nitrogen and can give you teeth pain if you bite through them.
I yelly, you yelly, we all yelly for coloured jelly?

I know exactly what you mean about the jelly becoming non-transparent...WHy does it happen...Why why why?!?!? And yes- its middle gives you a freakin electric shock when you bite into it...
And i always assumed it was one brand. Never noticed the brands. All got the fruits on the cap so same lo...hehehe
