Blood Donation

Today i did something dumb.
So very dumb, but me being hero think i can do it all...

I donated blood, and bout 2hours later went for my athletics training...

There was no way i was gonna miss donating blood.
There was no way i was gonna miss going training.

Makes sense what...And i figure they always caution you to take it easy after donating, just simply only. Well, today i felt the effects. After bout an hour i had a horrible feeling in my body, that i needed to just sit down...Then the puking feeling. At that point i took a time out..Which was good cause a few people commented that my face was very pucat and my lips were all white. Thats not good...Usually i'm as red as a tomato, so being white was bad.
Thing is i hate looking like some sorry person that couldn't keep up with the rest.
As if i'm giving up, but i'm not!
But i did feel like crap, and at that moment didnt care what i looked like.

Go donate blood ! Help save a life...
