well, it might seem cheesy but i like the idea behind it.
too often here in m'sia, authorities use threats and negativity. it's nice to see some positivity and encouragement.
maybe to to most urban middle income family kids, going to school is taken for granted - but it is a great effort esp for the poor kids. dropping out seem such an easy and tempting alternative. so sad...

It's quite common in Selayang.
I think it's like this... If the school reaches a certain level on the "naughty meter", it gets that sign :)
