A word of caution: I heard that Mona Lisa is not what we expect it to be :-)

Maybe try some snails? Or eat those mouth-watering but daintily-prepared French cuisine?

Anon - There's a friend who's been living in Paris for nearly a year so hopefully she can take us to a quaint cafe or two. Snails.....dunno bout that. I guess I could since I do eat balitong.

SY - Hehehe, decent looking sleazy French men..

MO- I'm going on Friday, back on Mondy, 4d3n trip. Apparently EU ppl under 25 can get into all museums for free, so I'm gonna try and look as European as possible.
Who knows, I might be one of those irritating tourists who try and snap a shot.

=)

Omg, I can't wait! So excited!!!

make sure you keep yr 'la's at the minimum! or u have forgotten how to use them edi? and lost all yr m'sian accent?

dun forget notre dame! and basilica of the sacred heart (Basilique du Sacre Coeur). i personally love musee d'orsay! lots of monet paintings there too.

u can go to the business district of La Défense and see among others, the grand arch!

dun know if u'll be interested in the Hotel Des Invalides - a lot of old military stuffs.

just wander aimlessly and u'll be pleasantly surprised with quaint shops and cafes. if u can afford it, take a river cruise down the seine. if not, just walk along it like wat i did!

you can check out my paris photoblog if u want to - http://piparis.blogspot.com/

enjoy, take care - and take lots of pics!!!
